Since 2017, NETMETRİK has measured internet performance with an independent, open and verifiable methodology, on infrastructure we build and operate ourselves. All under one roof, from the consumer speed test to a partner server network and branded, embeddable measurement.
Our story
NETMETRİK began in 2017 with HIZTESTI.COM. Built to offer an independent alternative to global measurement tools, that infrastructure has since grown into a far broader measurement network.
Today NETMETRİK is more than a single speed test — it is a platform: HIZTESTI.COM, where consumers measure their connection; HIZTESTI Servers, where partners add their servers to the network; and HIZTESTI Custom, where brands publish embedded measurement on their own sites, all running on the same infrastructure.
The same principle underpins every product: measurement must be independent, the methodology open, and the results verifiable.

An open, verifiable methodology
The value of a measurement rests on how transparently it is taken. NETMETRİK produces its results with the open NQF methodology, calibrated against the industry reference. The methodology is published in an open archive (Zenodo) and has a permanent identifier (DOI); anyone can examine it.
