Prices, tax and payment

  • Listed prices are annual and exclude VAT.
  • For customers in Türkiye, invoices are issued in TRY with VAT added.
  • For businesses outside Türkiye, billing is in USD or EUR. How VAT or similar taxes apply depends on the billing country.
  • Payment is by bank transfer. For international transfers (SWIFT), the sender pays all transfer fees (OUR), so the full invoiced amount reaches our account.

Service status

To find out whether an issue is affecting the whole network, you can check the server health indicators in your portal before opening a support request; general outages are also announced to registered email addresses.

Frequently asked questions

Why is my server stuck on "Awaiting signal" / not showing?

Check the following in order:

  1. What does the health check say? /opt/netmetrik/netmetrikserver.sh selftest — it tests the process, public HTTPS reachability and the certificate with a single command and tells you what is missing. Service logs: journalctl -u netmetrikserver.
  2. Did registration complete? The install output should show "Registration accepted" and the report should show "Registered with the platform". If the key has expired, get a new command from the portal and run the register command.
  3. Was the identity written? server.hostname and server.controlPlaneToken in NetmetrikServer.properties must be filled in (the install script writes them automatically during registration). If they are empty, run registration again.
  4. Is there outbound access? Your firewall must allow the server's HTTPS egress to the NETMETRİK control plane.
  5. Is DNS correct? Your domain's A/AAAA record must point to the server's current IP.

Test my server on the server detail page checks reachability from the internet (DNS + TLS + response) with a single click.

Tests aren't reaching my server — why?

  • Your application may not yet be in the Approved state — only approved servers receive traffic.
  • Server selection aims to give the user the lowest latency; volume varies with the density of users in your region.
  • A server marked as HIZTESTI Custom-only is never served to HIZTESTI.COM visitors; it serves only your own widgets.

My server's IP address will change — what should I do?

Registration runs through the domain: it is enough to update your DNS A/AAAA record to the new IP. If the domain itself will change, submit a new application with the new domain and decommission the old one.

I lost my install key / it expired

Get a new install command from the relevant server's row on the portal (the old key becomes invalid) and run the register command again on the server. On an existing record belonging to the same organization, this operation safely refreshes the server identity.

How do I update the server software?

Normally you don't: automatic updates are on by default (daily check, rollback on failure). To check and update manually:

Terminal
/opt/netmetrik/netmetrikserver.sh update

The installed version is shown by /opt/netmetrik/netmetrikserver.sh version.

How do I remove my server from the network?

Use Decommission from the server detail page. Ongoing tests are not interrupted; after a drain period of about 5 minutes the server permanently leaves rotation. An application that has not yet entered review can instead be withdrawn directly.

Is sponsorship really free?

Yes. NETMETRİK neither charges nor pays for server hosting; in return you get sponsor visibility on the result card and other benefits. HIZTESTI Custom (the branded embedded test) is a separate, plan-based product.

Who can access the test data?

You can access summary reports of the tests run through your servers from the Reports screen on the portal. The processing of fields containing personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

My question isn't here

Write to us from the support page; include your server's domain and, if available, the relevant lines from NetmetrikServer.log.
