How do I pay?
Payment is collected by bank transfer/EFT — no credit card required. When you create a plan request it goes to our team for approval; once approved, the bank account details and your invoice information are emailed to you and shown on your billing page. Your plan is activated the same business day the payment arrives.

Why annual billing?
Test quotas are defined annually; an annual commitment lowers the unit cost per test and guarantees uninterrupted service for your widget throughout the year.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
You can request a refund within 30 days of your plan being activated: if no tests were served in that window we refund the full amount, and if tests were served we refund the amount prorated to the unused part of your term. After 30 days no refund is issued; you can always choose not to renew at the end of the term, and service continues uninterrupted for the remaining period.
Where is my data stored?
All test data is stored on our own servers in Türkiye and processed under KVKK. On Enterprise you have full ownership of the data you collect; it is never shared with third parties.
What happens if I run out of quota?
You receive email alerts at 80% and at 100%; when the quota is exhausted the widget stops serving tests (your page is unaffected). You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time — the difference is prorated for the remaining term.
