Plans, quota and target mode
HIZTESTI Custom starts with a free tier; higher quota and password protection come with paid plans. On every plan you can use one server in your widget, provided it also joins the HIZTESTI network; extra servers and unmetered use come with a server slot. This page explains the plan differences and how the quota works.

The values above summarize the current plan structure; for up-to-date quota tiers and prices, see the HIZTESTI Custom → Plans page on the portal. Prices are annual and exclude VAT, and payment is collected by bank transfer (SWIFT for payers outside Türkiye).
Target mode: shared network and my own servers
Each widget runs its test in one of two modes:
Shared HIZTESTI Servers network (default)
- The test runs on the nearest server in our network — you don't need to host a server.
- Because the measurement traffic uses our bandwidth, it is subject to the test quota.
- Available immediately, even on the free tier.
My own servers
- The test runs on your approved servers that you have added to the HIZTESTI Servers network.
- On every plan one server is free; it is also part of the HIZTESTI Servers network. An extra server, or a server only for your widget, requires a server slot. You select the target servers in the widget configuration.
- Your tests count against your quota. If a server slot covers the widget's servers (a paid add-on per server on the free and Business plans — valid for one year on the free plan — and set in your contract on Enterprise), they are unmetered.
- Only servers marked as open to HIZTESTI Custom can be selected as targets (to open a server to Custom, mark the relevant product during application).
If your server slot ends or does not cover the widget
A widget in own-server mode keeps serving tests, but its tests count against your quota like shared-network tests and are rejected once the quota is exhausted. The widget editor shows whether your slot currently covers the widget.
How does the quota work?
- On paid plans the quota is annual (per your Business tier) and is the only limit: there is no monthly cap, so you can use it at whatever pace suits you during the year. On Free the quota is 250 tests per month.
- When the quota is exhausted, tests that count against it (shared-network mode, and own-server widgets not covered by a server slot) are rejected until the period renews or the quota is increased (the visitor sees a "quota exhausted" notice).
- A warning is sent to your organization's billing email when the quota reaches 80% and when it is exhausted.
- The quota is checked on our servers, so it cannot be changed from the widget or the page it is embedded in.
Upgrading
To move to a higher quota or get a server slot, create an upgrade request from the HIZTESTI Custom → Plans page on the portal. Your request is recorded against your organization; once payment arrives by bank transfer (SWIFT for payers outside Türkiye), our operator activates the plan. Which plan should I choose?
Estimate your monthly test volume: a small corporate site usually fits within the free tier. For a high-traffic landing page or ISP subscriber portal, look at the Business/Enterprise quotas. You can use one server on every plan, provided it also joins the HIZTESTI network; extra servers and unmetered use come with a server slot: on Enterprise it is set in your contract, and on the free and Business plans it is available as a paid add-on per server.
