# NETMETRİK
> Independent internet measurement infrastructure, headquartered in Türkiye and built for international scale. NETMETRİK operates its own measurement network, publishes an open DOI-registered methodology (NQF), and delivers the same test across platforms. netmetrik.com is the corporate and B2B surface; hiztesti.com is the consumer speed test.
Two domains, two audiences — do not mix them up: **netmetrik.com** is the company, the platform and the partner portal (server hosting, embedded widgets, billing, documentation). **hiztesti.com** is the consumer-facing speed test where an end user measures their own connection.
NETMETRİK is a Türkiye-headquartered company building an independent alternative in a category long dominated by a single incumbent. Independence is structural, not a slogan: the measurement servers are operated by NETMETRİK and its partners rather than rented from a third party, the methodology is published in full under a permanent identifier, and the server programme is open to operators in any country — an application takes an ISO 3166-1 country code, not a Turkish one.
Platform reach today: the test runs in the browser and from the command line (Linux, macOS, Windows, FreeBSD). Native iOS and Android applications are in active development; Windows and macOS desktop applications and TV platforms follow. Anything not listed as available today is roadmap — this file never describes unreleased software as if it had shipped.
Measurement runs on NETMETRİK's own servers. Data is stored in NETMETRİK's own datacentres and processed under KVKK, Türkiye's data protection law, which is modelled on European regulation. The embedded product speaks 20 languages and the platform is IPv6-ready.
Language: Turkish is the primary language; every core page also exists in English under the `/en` prefix (for example `/en/hiztesti-custom`).
HIZTESTI Custom has three tiers: Free (3,000 tests/year, enforced as 250/month on the server), Business (annual quota from 10,000 to 400,000 tests, priced per tier) and Enterprise (custom quote). Billing is annual, by bank transfer; there is no card gateway.The full file is linked; this is its opening.
What it does, and what it doesn't
llms.txt is not a search signal. Google has said plainly that it does not support it, and measured crawler interest is negligible today. This page will not change search rankings, and we are not claiming otherwise.
The payoff is elsewhere: agents inside code editors, MCP servers and in-product assistants do fetch this file. When someone asks one of them how to host a measurement server or how to embed a branded speed test, we would rather it found the right document than guessed at one.
Every line in the file points to a real page on this site or to a published document. A capability that is still on the roadmap is not written as if it shipped.
